As most of you know by now, we recently lost a PGR brother and past president, Bill “Snap” Lines.
Snap was one of the good guys and a true American Hero.
Snap’s friends have created a patch to raise funds to help in his final arrangements and have asked me offer them in Twister’s Store. I am honored to do this.
100% of the proceeds will go directly to Linda Lines, Snap’s widow.

Since 2005 Twister's has been your original source for Patriot Guard Riders Vest Patches, Pins, Flags, Windshield Banners, Decals and other fine PGR Products. We design virtually all of our own custom products and strive to provide the very best in quality products that have a message.

We're pleased to help your local and state PGR projects. By designating one member to take orders, collect payment and receive shipping, all orders over $500.00 will receive a 10% discount. This can provide funds to assist you in your PGR and other veteran's projects.
Individual members would still pay the same amount as if they ordered directly from Twister's, but the group order saves you money that can be used as you see fit.

How the ordering process works:
Twister's Store is automated in many respects. This assures fewer errors, faster processing and more accurate delivery of the items you order. Included in the automation is inventory control. When an order is received for a vest patch, the system automatically reduces the inventory level of vest patches by one. All orders, including back orders, are automatically processed on what's called the FIFO method (First In-First Out). What this means to you is pretty simple... your order is filled in the order in which it was received, regardless whether it's in stock or back ordered. If an item is on back order, and you wait to order it till you see it's in stock, there may be a hundred people who have already ordered it and will be ahead of you. So, if something shows as on back order, and you want one, go ahead and order it and you'll be in line as soon as they arrive.
In an attempt to reduce shipping expenses, the system allows for only two shipments per order; an initial shipment of all items currently in stock when the order is received, and one final shipment only when any and all B/O items arrive. When a shipping label is printed, the order is automatically transferred to the "Shipped" category in your account records. This can result in some rare instances when your account shows an order being shipped when it actually was not. It will be shipped as soon as the items arrive in stock.
Shipping:
Our software uses the date the mailing label is printed as the "Ship Date". That date may not necessarily be the actual ship date. Orders received before 1:00 PM CST will usually ship that same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will normally ship the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will ship the following Monday. All shipments take second seat to missions. An order may have a slight delay if we have a local mission to attend.
NOTE: If you are missing an item from your order, look on the Mailing Label on the outside of the package. The label shows the Item Code and Quantity Ordered.
If it's printed in red, followed by (B/O), it means that item is on Back Order and will be shipped as soon as it arrives.
If it's missing and not in red print, it is an error and let us know and we'll take immediate action to remedy the situation.
